Q: How long does this survey take?

Your participation will take approximately 10 minutes.

Q: What are the risks and benefits of this study?

There are no risks associated with the study. The benefits which may reasonably be expected to result from this study are improvement of the long-term stability of public sector retirement plans. We cannot and do not guarantee or promise that you will receive any benefits from this study. Your decision whether or not to participate in this study will not affect your employment or retirement.

Q: Is my participation voluntary?

Your participation is voluntary and you have the right to withdraw your consent or discontinue participation at any time without penalty or loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled. The alternative is not to participate. You have the right to refuse to answer particular questions.

Q: Are my answers anonymous?

Participation and answers are recorded anonymously. The researchers will not be able to infer the identity of the participant.

Q: What are the results used for?

The results of this research study may be presented at scientific or professional meetings or published in scientific journals. Your individual privacy will be maintained in all published and written data resulting from the study.
